Is food included in the rent?
Yes! All room plans include 3 full meals per day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is 100% pure vegetarian, freshly prepared daily in a hygienic kitchen.
Can parents visit the PG?
Absolutely! Parents are always welcome to visit and inspect the premises. We encourage parents to visit before admission. Day visits during daytime hours are always open.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of 1 month's rent is required at the time of admission. This is fully refunded when you vacate, subject to no damages.
Are there any extra charges?
No hidden charges! The monthly rent covers room, all 3 meals, WiFi, AC, RO water, laundry access, and housekeeping. Electricity is included within fair usage limits.
What is the minimum stay period?
Minimum stay is 1 month. We prefer residents for at least 3 months, but we understand short-term requirements too — please discuss with us directly.
Is the PG near public transport?
Yes! We are at Satadhar Char Rasta, opp. Kalasagar Mall — well connected by BRTS, autos, and local buses. Corporate offices and colleges are within 10 minutes.
